Splendid encounter between the typicality of the Vespaiolo grape and the minerality of the volcanic soil of Breganze.
White grape variety typical of the Breganze Doc, it expresses aromaticity and minerality taken to the extreme.
It has straw-yellow hues with bright and subtle golden-light glints; it is crystalline and of excellent consistency.
The Gewürztraminer Conti d'Arco appears to the eye in a straw yellow color. It has an intriguing scent of cedar, dog rose, honey and fruit. It captivates the palate with aromatic and dry, balanced and persistent scents.
Very intense and intriguing bouquet with hints of ripe yellow fruit, white flowers and vanilla. Fresh, structured flavor with good persistence. Notes of ripe fruit tending to apricot with a subtle hint of vanilla.
Ideal on crustaceans and molluscs, risotto with lagoon shrimps, trenette with pesto, fried scampi and squid, asparagus au gratin. But a wonderful companion of the best raw hams with a sweet tendency: from S. Daniele to Parma, from Sauris to Montagnana.
True jewel of the company, born from the concentration of the drying of the native Vespaiola grape.
The Conti d'Arco line includes a series of DOC wines and sparkling wines from Trentino, selected from the most suitable areas of the region.
The origin of this vine seems to be Spain from which it would have spread to the northern Tyrrhenian coasts where it is still widely cultivated today.
