Donna Lisa Malvasia is produced with 100% Malvasia Bianca grapes, harvested in the first ten days of September.
The grapes, such as Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca), Prugnola and Rossola, from the Grumello sub-area, are vinified "in red" with a medium-long maceration. After 2 months in steel and 18 months in large 80 hl Slavonian oak barrels, followed by another 4 months of aging in bottle.
The straw yellow color, the intense and persistent aroma with hints of white peach, apricot and sweet almond mixed with mineral and citrus notes, the vigorous, fresh and rich flavor describe a wine with character and marked typicality.
Riesling has a delicate bouquet of yellow fruit (peach, apricot, citrus) and a well-structured acidity, enriched by pleasant mineral notes.
Verdeca grapes express themselves with the characteristic straw yellow and greenish reflections.
Wine produced in an alpine environment using Nebbiolo grapes vinified in white. The geological origin of the land dates back to the collision between the African and European plates that gave rise to the Alps. The great variability of the resulting rocks give minerality and elegance.
Characterized by a fresh acidity and aromas reminiscent of notes of roses, cloves and tropical fruits, it represents the smallest part of our production.
