From the love for this vine comes a wine of great elegance that immediately reveals fruity and tropical notes typical of New World wines.
The grapes, such as Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca), Prugnola and Rossola, from the Grumello sub-area, are vinified "in red" with a medium-long maceration. After 2 months in steel and 18 months in large 80 hl Slavonian oak barrels, followed by another 4 months of aging in bottle.
The taste is full and soft, with very delicate olfactory sensations ranging from floral to spicy accompanied by a honeyed hint.
Wine produced in an alpine environment using Nebbiolo grapes vinified in white. The geological origin of the land dates back to the collision between the African and European plates that gave rise to the Alps. The great variability of the resulting rocks give minerality and elegance.
Strong straw yellow color, typical floral and ripe yellow fruit aroma; dry, velvety flavor, great volume and intensity. 50% in steel with inert gas protection; the remaining 50% in barrique with racking at the end of the bâtonnage. At the bottling, the two parts come together.
The Vette owes its name to the imposing peaks that frame the vineyards from which it is born, a Sauvignon Blanc of great freshness and minerality.
