After a period of experimentation on Calabrese, an ancient native vine native to southern Calabria, Calabrise was born, testimony to our aptitude for rediscovering and enhancing the regional ampelographic heritage. A tribute to our land and its people.
Dark red in color with violet reflections, the nose has hints of red fruit, plum, black cherry and black pepper. In the mouth it is fresh, pulpy, sunny, with soft and caressing tannins.
Tips: ideal with all typical dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.
