Jago Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC Villa Spinosa
It comes from the Jago vineyards, a balcony stretching out towards the Negrar valley and protected behind by the Masua hill. Son of one of the best crus of Valpolicella, it is produced with the traditional Ripasso technique, the exclusive heritage of Valpolicella and its oenology. Rich in aromas of wild red fruit and spices, it stands out for its elegance and drinkability.
Color: intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Perfume: red fruits prevail, accompanied by strong hints of morello cherries and cherries; light floral notes are found reminiscent of hibiscus flowers. There is also a slight spiciness which completes a very complex aromatic bouquet.
Taste: the elegant and velvety tannins make it a wine with excellent structure and notable persistence, with good freshness and drinkability.
