The Montecrocetta vineyards are located on tuffs of volcanic origin with an average age of the vines of thirty years. In the drying technique used by the cellar on drying, centuries-old local traditions are followed, with an attention always aimed at experimentation.
Aglianico is a grape brought by the Greeks from which the name of "Uva Ellenica" transformed during the Kingdom of Naples into "Uva Aglianica" by the Aragonese due to their pronunciation of the double "l" in "gl".
Selected harvest, part of the grapes harvested in small boxes and left to dry for 3 months. Long fermentation and subsequent refinement in small second passage barrels. Bottled without filtration.
Velvet. Raisins of Merlot and fresh fruit of selected Cabernet Sauvignon. One year of rest in cask and one year of aging in bottle. Fabric and complexity.
It comes from an expert blend of Sangiovese grosso from the hills and Terrano. This blend of noble grapes is typical of the Romagna tradition and gives this red wine a particular characteristic and a strong personality.

Small-berry Sangiovese, matures two years in 30 hl oak barrels, followed by three months of bottle aging.
