The Montecrocetta vineyards are located on tuffs of volcanic origin with an average age of the vines of thirty years. In the drying technique used by the cellar on drying, centuries-old local traditions are followed, with an attention always aimed at experimentation.
Selected harvest, part of the grapes harvested in small boxes and left to dry for 3 months. Long fermentation and subsequent refinement in small second passage barrels. Bottled without filtration.
Velvet. Raisins of Merlot and fresh fruit of selected Cabernet Sauvignon. One year of rest in cask and one year of aging in bottle. Fabric and complexity.
An elegant and structured wine, with aromas of ripe fruit, in the mouth it is rich and decisive. A good wine for convivial moments.

Fresh and lively, highly drinkable, it frankly embodies the characteristic features of its land: Campo Rotaliano. It amazes for the intense and brilliant color, almost a jewel, fascinates for the richness of the fruit and stands out for the notes of violet and the bitter finish.
Our Cabernet Franc, vinified alone, comes from vines over fifty years old and best expresses the characteristics of that journey that started from the Pyrenees and went up to the Loire region to arrive in Veneto during the eighteenth century, where it acclimatised perfectly to the new habitat...
Pinot Noir is the latest grape variety to arrive on our hills. In the Lessini mountains, characterized by considerable temperature variations, Pinot Noir benefits from the constant breeze, maintains a fruity flavor and a strong body while the soil gives it freshness and minerality.
Wine of great structure, rich and elegant. The purplish ruby red color with garnet reflections with a warm and intense bouquet. The nose features typical aromas of cherry, strawberry, dried fruit, vanilla, cocoa and spicy notes, full-bodied and persistent in the mouth.
