Local vine almost disappeared, to an innate elegance it combines a very particular perfume of violets and blueberries.
The Montecrocetta vineyards are located on tuffs of volcanic origin with an average age of the vines of thirty years. In the drying technique used by the cellar on drying, centuries-old local traditions are followed, with an attention always aimed at experimentation.
Visually very intense and dark, wide and multifaceted nose, small fruits, licorice and tobacco, enveloping entry into the mouth and development articulated on dense, pulpy and still young tannins.
Selected harvest, part of the grapes harvested in small boxes and left to dry for 3 months. Long fermentation and subsequent refinement in small second passage barrels. Bottled without filtration.
Velvet. Raisins of Merlot and fresh fruit of selected Cabernet Sauvignon. One year of rest in cask and one year of aging in bottle. Fabric and complexity.

Fresh and lively, highly drinkable, it frankly embodies the characteristic features of its land: Campo Rotaliano. It amazes for the intense and brilliant color, almost a jewel, fascinates for the richness of the fruit and stands out for the notes of violet and the bitter finish.
