Lambrusco Modena DOC Ancestral Bellei
With this wine we intend to recover a lost tradition and taste. Continuous studies, research and experience in the production of the Classic Method allow us to reinterpret the method of refermentation of wine in the bottle. Produced exclusively with Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes grown on the farm .
The perfume develops an aromatic intensity of violets and berries. The foam is discreet and creamy, it has a dry but full flavor, with a raspberry flavor. It has a veiled red color with purple hues and fine bubbles that are always alive. The sediment is the result of the refermentation.
Due to its characteristics it is ideal with Emilian first courses such as tortellini, lasagna, tagliatelle with meat sauce.
It is perfect with zampone, roasts and boiled meats and with fried dumplings as they are used in Modena.
