COLOR: The color is a sparkling light gold. The foam is creamy and the very fine and continuous perlage feeds voluptuous fountains.
BOUQUET: The nose is lively and harmonious: elegant citrus tones of mandarin and lemon find a perfect counterpoint in the notes of fresh mint, basil and wild flowers.
TASTE: Our zero dosage, from Chardonnay grapes only, amplifies the citrus fruit on the palate thanks to a long stay on the yeasts making it dry and vertical.
