Violette was born on the hills located around the castle of San Salvatore, it is produced from Manzoni Moscato grapes, a cross of Raboso Piave and Moscato d'Amburgo.
This rosé sparkling wine enchants those who approach it first and foremost for its colour, an absolutely inimitable reference to the peony rose. Furthermore, to the eye it presents itself with a thick foam and lively and thin bubbles, prefiguring notable freshness. On the nose, the references to the delicate notes of rose, lime flowers and small undergrowth fruits are very perceptible and intense. In the mouth its foam expands harmoniously and gives the palate fresh fruit notes and a sensation of balance.
