Our ''Monte San Piero'' Soave Superiore DOCG is produced with 100% Garganega grapes, grown on the volcanic hills between Roncà and Montecchia di Crosara, in the province of Verona. Thanks to the volcanic soils that host the vineyards, the grapes transmit very pleasant mineral and savory notes. The olfactory bouquet is complex and tempting: we find ripe and dehydrated exotic fruit, sweet spices, fragrant notes of bread, mineral, toasted and balsamic hints. A great aromatic evolution that accompanies the warm and enveloping sip, remarkably balanced thanks to the freshness and flavor of the finish.
