VISUAL EXAMINATION: Straw yellow with golden reflections.OLFACTORY EXAMINATION: Intense, reveals aromas of honey and yellow flowers, complex.TASTE: Inviting and pleasantly fresh taste characterized by refined mineral notes and long sapidity.
The grapes, such as Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca), Prugnola and Rossola, from the Grumello sub-area, are vinified "in red" with a medium-long maceration. After 2 months in steel and 18 months in large 80 hl Slavonian oak barrels, followed by another 4 months of aging in bottle.
VISUAL EXAMINATION: Deep ocher yellow.OLFACTORY EXAMINATION: Wide range of honeyed aromas, withered white flowers, dried fruit.TASTE: Sweet notes and references of candied orange and apricot jam, pleasant freshness that cleans the palate and supports the long persistence.
Color: Intense yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet: Hints of ripe banana pulp, medlar peel and acacia flowers. Taste: Round and persistent in the mouth with an alcohol content capable of highlighting a dense and white tannic texture as a corollary of a vegetable and mineral acidity.

Wine produced in an alpine environment using Nebbiolo grapes vinified in white. The geological origin of the land dates back to the collision between the African and European plates that gave rise to the Alps. The great variability of the resulting rocks give minerality and elegance.
