Splendid encounter between the typicality of the Vespaiolo grape and the minerality of the volcanic soil of Breganze.
White grape variety typical of the Breganze Doc, it expresses aromaticity and minerality taken to the extreme.
Very intense and intriguing bouquet with hints of ripe yellow fruit, white flowers and vanilla. Fresh, structured flavor with good persistence. Notes of ripe fruit tending to apricot with a subtle hint of vanilla.
From the love for this vine comes a wine of great elegance that immediately reveals fruity and tropical notes typical of New World wines.
The grapes, such as Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca), Prugnola and Rossola, from the Grumello sub-area, are vinified "in red" with a medium-long maceration. After 2 months in steel and 18 months in large 80 hl Slavonian oak barrels, followed by another 4 months of aging in bottle.
Riesling Réserve: Elegant and mineral aromas. It is a gastronomic wine. 3 months on the lees.
