Xyauyù Kioke Barley Wine Baladin
Xyauyù Kioke is a Barley Wine born from the union of the Italian artisan tradition of Baladin with the Japanese one of the production of wooden barrels for the fermentation of soy. Deep ruby color, flat, clear and without foam.
On the nose, delicate aromas of cypress berries, dates and caramel with very light hints of incense.
In the mouth, woody and fresh cypress tones marry beautifully with light resinous, savory and umami notes to close with a vaguely herbaceous, bitter and acidic finish.
Xyauyù Kioke is a craft beer fermented in fine Japanese Kioke barrels .
Ruby-coloured, it is a flat beer with delicate aromas of cypress wood.
The taste is characterized by the perfect balance between fresh tones and notes of dates, caramel and a slightly acidic finish.
