Xyauyù Fumè is Baladin's beer enhanced by fermentation in peated whiskey barrels from the Scottish Islays.
Dark ruby coloured, flat, without foam and clear. On the nose, peated hints and malty notes typical of whiskeys are well balanced on a warm and sustained body that opens in caramel tones in the finish.
In the mouth the caramel and the smoky notes given by the barrels in which the beer is aged mix well and remain in the finish after having given a brief hint of the aroma of ripe fruit.
Xyauyù Fumè is a ruby-colored flat beer, characterized by a malty aroma typical of whisky.
The taste is a symphony of multiple flavours, with a curious balance created by smoky notes and sweet hints of caramel.
