Warm amber color, it has an easy and never aggressive scent. Candied oranges, bergamot tea, vanilla and a touch of cola are its main flavors. On the palate it is lighter and fresher than the older expressions: especially the flavors of chestnut and acacia honey, candied oranges, citrons and sultanas. Slightly hidden, but still noticeable, are nuts, chocolate, prunes and apricots. Only at the end a pungent peppery alcohol becomes barely noticeable.
