The Montecrocetta vineyards are located on tuffs of volcanic origin with an average age of the vines of thirty years. In the drying technique used by the cellar on drying, centuries-old local traditions are followed, with an attention always aimed at experimentation.
The first line created by the Pasetti company, a classic among its 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Elegant red and strongly representative of its production area in Pescosansonesco (PE), in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.
Garnet red, with herbaceous aromas, Riva dei Basalti has an elegant mouthfeel and a structured and soft tannicity at the same time, with a hint of French oak wood given by the aging in tonneaux for 12 months.
