Brilliant ruby red color, elegant nose with notes of wild berries among which cassis stands out. Elegant, soft and juicy in the mouth.
It comes from an expert blend of Sangiovese grosso from the hills and Terrano. This blend of noble grapes is typical of the Romagna tradition and gives this red wine a particular characteristic and a strong personality.
The grapes are harvested manually only when they have reached full sugar and polyphenolic ripeness. Some of the bunches are not de-stemmed. The duration of maceration depends on the years and the characteristics of the grapes, and can vary from 10 to 20 days, at a controlled temperature.
