VISUAL EXAMINATION: Straw yellow with golden reflections.OLFACTORY EXAMINATION: Intense, reveals aromas of honey and yellow flowers, complex.TASTE: Inviting and pleasantly fresh taste characterized by refined mineral notes and long sapidity.
The grapes, such as Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca), Prugnola and Rossola, from the Grumello sub-area, are vinified "in red" with a medium-long maceration. After 2 months in steel and 18 months in large 80 hl Slavonian oak barrels, followed by another 4 months of aging in bottle.
It is the manifest superiority of a tightrope walker in white, who knows how to stay on the edge of powerful alcohol and wood. Aromatic but evergreen, Mediterranean in body but Nordic in culture, from the glass you can understand the efforts and passion in the vineyard and in the cellar.
