The grapes, such as Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca), Prugnola and Rossola, from the Grumello sub-area, are vinified "in red" with a medium-long maceration. After 2 months in steel and 18 months in large 80 hl Slavonian oak barrels, followed by another 4 months of aging in bottle.
Riesling Réserve: Elegant and mineral aromas. It is a gastronomic wine. 3 months on the lees.
Albana is certainly the most interesting vine in our production, both because it is an exclusive native of this region and because thanks to our Checkmate it has returned to the center of attention.
Wine produced in an alpine environment using Nebbiolo grapes vinified in white. The geological origin of the land dates back to the collision between the African and European plates that gave rise to the Alps. The great variability of the resulting rocks give minerality and elegance.
Gewürtztraminer is one of the symbolic vines of Alsace and Fernand Engel is its most qualified interpreter; coming from certified organic crops, this Réserve is a wine that offers an incredible aromatic bouquet and a soft and juicy structure, suitable to accompany both raw fish appetizers and...
