The intense yellow color is crossed by golden reflections. Its scent is complex but delicate. There are fruity notes, in particular of pear and peach. On the palate it is well structured and with lasting flavor. After a few moments in the glass, Pinot Grigio develops a full aroma. Harmonious in...
The grapes, such as Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca), Prugnola and Rossola, from the Grumello sub-area, are vinified "in red" with a medium-long maceration. After 2 months in steel and 18 months in large 80 hl Slavonian oak barrels, followed by another 4 months of aging in bottle.
Ideal on crustaceans and molluscs, risotto with lagoon shrimps, trenette with pesto, fried scampi and squid, asparagus au gratin. But a wonderful companion of the best raw hams with a sweet tendency: from S. Daniele to Parma, from Sauris to Montagnana.
Wine produced in an alpine environment using Nebbiolo grapes vinified in white. The geological origin of the land dates back to the collision between the African and European plates that gave rise to the Alps. The great variability of the resulting rocks give minerality and elegance.
The "Flors di Uis" is a white wine from Friuli based on Malvasia, Friulano and Riesling of good richness and intensity, vinified and aged in steel.
Dis Cumieris is the only Istrian Malvasia produced by the Vie di Romans winery. This variety is one of the most typical and representative vines of Friuli and of the Gorizia area, due to its bursting personality.
The Friuli Isonzo Rive Alte Friulano Dolée of the Vie di Romans company was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Mariano del Friuli, in the province of Gorizia.
