Yellow wine with greenish reflections, delicate and elegant perfume, with floral notes of white flowers. Dry, fresh and savory flavor, well balanced and with a pleasantly fine aftertaste.
From a careful selection of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes. Conte della Vipera pays homage to the first owners of the castle and the label shows the 13th century chapel of San Giovanni, located on the property.
The “Numero Chiuso” label contains all the authenticity and quality of the wine reserved only for those who appreciate and know how to combine respect for the territory, local tradition and love for good wine.

Straw yellow in color with young greenish reflections.
The origin of this vine seems to be Spain from which it would have spread to the northern Tyrrhenian coasts where it is still widely cultivated today.
Bramito comes from the vineyards of the ancient Castle of Castello della Sala. A variety, Chardonnay, which finds in this particular terroir, a soil deriving from fossil sediments with infiltration of clay, an expression of marked minerality and elegance.
