100% Italian MONOLUPPOLO light beer. Ready and easy to drink, with a characteristic hoppy finish. The Brewer's Gold hops used are grown on the hills adjacent to the brewery. High fermentation beer refermented in the bottle.

TASTE: Smooth sensations for easy drinking, evident but not too pronounced bitterness with good salivation, balance between hops and malt, long persistence in the mouth.
APPEARANCE: White, compact and persistent foam. Straw yellow colour, free from suspended solids but veiled by yeast; fine carbonation.
BOUQUET: Dominant herbaceous notes accompanied by delicate citrus and honeyed hints deriving from malt.
