Light beer spiced with coriander and bitter orange peel. Ready to drink, with strong citrus and floral (pink) tones, it has a pleasant bitter finish. High fermentation beer refermented in the bottle.
TASTE: Refreshing, slightly acidic (due to the spices), in which the malt and hops are delicately dissolved. Smooth-flowing beer, with a medium body but more consistent than products in the same category.
APPEARANCE: White, compact, thin and persistent foam; straw yellow colour, sometimes veiled by yeast; fine saturation.
BOUQUET: Intense notes of fresh citrus, fruity and herbaceous. Slightly ethyl.
