This beer strikes the nose with a wealth of scents ranging from malt to cherry in alcohol, passing through caramel. Structured and velvety body. A very pleasant scent of coffee and an intense aroma predominates over everything. Perfect match with game (venison or wild boar) or with dry pastries and desserts with creams or dark chocolate. Our South is an excellent companion for a good book on long winter evenings. Beer brewed with home-grown malt. Refermented and aged in the bottle, unfiltered or pasteurized, it forms a natural sediment.
