The Santadi Winery is located in the Sulcis area, in south-western Sardinia, The goal is ambitious, to focus on bottled wine, traditional wines, red in particular, give visibility and identity to the cultivar prince of the territory: the Carignano, without, however, neglecting the white varieties of traditional Sardinia, such as Vermentino, Nuragus and Nasco.
Wine of Carignano grapes vinified in purity from the sapling and espalier vineyards cultivated in the lower Sulcis.
Color: straw yellow with bright green-gold reflections. Bouquet: complex and intense with hints of apple, peach and citrus. Taste: with a natural persistence of taste, it is distinguished by its particular finesse and balance.
Color: intense ruby red, tending to garnet. Bouquet: complex Mediterranean notes, aromas of ripe blueberries and blackberries, spices tending to sweet, tobacco and chocolate. Taste: warm, soft, sweet tannins of rare intensity.
Color: deep ruby red almost impenetrable. Bouquet: intense fruity notes of blackberries, blueberries, vanilla, myrtle, leather and licorice. Taste: wide and velvety, with great structure and aromatic persistence, it is a full-bodied wine.
Color: intense ruby red, with light garnet reflections. Bouquet: rare, complex notes: plums and blueberries, sweet spices, bay leaves, juniper, tobacco and chocolate. Taste: rich, warm, soft, fruity, spicy notes, tannins of rare elegance.
