The Cantina di Santadi is located in Sulcis, south-western Sardinia, The goal is ambitious, to focus on bottled wine, typical red wines in particular, to give visibility and identity to the main cultivar of the territory: the Carignano, without however neglecting the traditional white grape varieties of Sardinia, such as Vermentino, Nuragus and Nasco.
Color: straw yellow with bright green-gold reflections. Bouquet: complex and intense with hints of apple, peach and citrus. Taste: with a natural persistence of taste, it is distinguished by its particular finesse and balance.
Color: deep ruby red almost impenetrable. Bouquet: intense fruity notes of blackberries, blueberries, vanilla, myrtle, leather and licorice. Taste: wide and velvety, with great structure and aromatic persistence, it is a full-bodied wine.
