The manual harvesting of the grapes in our vineyards in the classic area of Valpolicella takes place towards the end of September with perfectly ripe grapes that are immediately placed in the loft for drying. The percentage of grapes selected for Amarone varies between 35 and 40% of the total production of each vineyard.
Intense ruby red color. The nose is broad and complex, with notes of wild berries and cherries. In the mouth the fruity notes dominate, the finish is long and persistent.
