Harvested at the end of September, the fermentation, which lasted about 20 days, took place in 30 Hl concrete tanks. After racking, the wine rested for 18 months, partly in cement and partly in second passage oak barrels from the Barolo area. Finally it rested in the bottle.
Brunello is the prince of Montalcino wines. It is produced exclusively with hand-picked Sangiovese grapes from the company's oldest vineyards.
It is a wine suitable for everyone, easy to drink but that knows how to conquer for frankness and gluttony.
