The Montecrocetta vineyards are located on tuffs of volcanic origin with an average age of the vines of thirty years. In the drying technique used by the cellar on drying, centuries-old local traditions are followed, with an attention always aimed at experimentation.
Visually very intense and dark, wide and multifaceted nose, small fruits, licorice and tobacco, enveloping entry into the mouth and development articulated on dense, pulpy and still young tannins.
Selected harvest, part of the grapes harvested in small boxes and left to dry for 3 months. Long fermentation and subsequent refinement in small second passage barrels. Bottled without filtration.
Velvet. Raisins of Merlot and fresh fruit of selected Cabernet Sauvignon. One year of rest in cask and one year of aging in bottle. Fabric and complexity.
It comes from the Jago vineyards, a balcony stretching out towards the Negrar valley and protected behind by the Masua hill. Son of one of the best crus of Valpolicella, it is produced with the traditional Ripasso technique, the exclusive heritage of Valpolicella and its oenology. Rich in aromas...

With Sangiovese grapes grown on the clayey-sandy slopes of the Rabbi valley, we have produced this fast and pungent wine, with a defined compulsive drink, a tribute to the classicism of this territory.
From the Magliocco grapes vinified in purity the Basileus originates, dark red in the glass. Olfactory notes articulated on a fruity register with notes of undergrowth and leather; complex and deep aromas that expand with the contact of the wine with the air. The enveloping entry into the mouth...
Dedicated to our Guglielmi ancestors, who in the nineteenth century first began cultivating vines in Jago: the return to the origins. Produced only in the best vintages, it is the hymn to the tradition of Amarone. Eight years of aging in wood, in the dark and cool cellar, is a wine that offers...
