Red Tai is one of the symbolic grape varieties of the Berici, historically known as Tocai Rosso and in the world as Grenache. Noble vine with ancient origins, in this land, particularly suited for great reds, it gives us a certainly interesting wine. Syrah has a deep ruby red color, intense fruity notes of blackberry and plum, spicy, black pepper and balsamic flavors on the nose. The taste is warm and soft, with a good...
The product that best summarizes the type, the territory, the structure, the longevity of the Aglianico wine and the volcanic soils from which it comes.
Rovea is our most structured red Tai that we make with grapes from a vineyard in the middle of the hills, where even the soil represents a substantial difference as it is of volcanic origin. The fresh, fruity component and the delicate body of the classic Tai Rosso are enriched here with...
Velvet. Raisins of Merlot and fresh fruit of selected Cabernet Sauvignon. One year of rest in cask and one year of aging in bottle. Fabric and complexity.
It comes from an expert blend of Sangiovese grosso from the hills and Terrano. This blend of noble grapes is typical of the Romagna tradition and gives this red wine a particular characteristic and a strong personality.
Dense ruby red with purple hues. Aromas of spices, blackberry, jam, undergrowth. Palate of solid structure, with notes of vanilla and incense, with a sanguine tone, with herbaceous sensations, with royal tannins, with a noble alcoholic breath, with a spicy and fruity finish.
Ruby-purple with excellent density and definition. Intriguing aromas of embers, chine, berries. The palate is as dense and structured as it is subtle and rich in nuances. The tannin is compact, the length full of flavor, the finish tastes of Mediterranean and medicinal herbs.
Dedicated to the memory of the founding grandfather, it represents the symbol, history, roots and continuity of our family in the vulture.
It is obtained from Sangiovese grapes with large and oval berries. After a brief refinement in cask it then continues in the bottle.
Small-berry Sangiovese, matures two years in 30 hl oak barrels, followed by three months of bottle aging.
Ruby with garnet shades. Varietal aromas ranging from earth to herbs, from leather to cherry. The palate, juicy and tonic, is punctuated by mentholated transparencies, by notes of wild berries, by a complete development, with compact tannins and a finish with pepper notes.
