Vintage Collection Franciacorta Satèn Millesimato Ca 'del Bosco

The grapes, freshly picked by hand in small boxes, are classified and cooled.
Each bunch is selected by expert eyes and hands, to then benefit from the exclusive "terme degli acini".
A particular system of washing and hydromassage of the bunches, through three soaking tanks and a drying tunnel. After pressing in the absence of oxygen, all the musts of the base wines ferment in small oak barrels. To seek the maximum aromatic complexity and expressive power, without losing elegance, the barrel elevation has a duration of only 5 months.

A pair of floating tanks allows the decanting of wines by gravity, from small barrels to aging tanks. After 7 months from the harvest, the cuvée is created.
The Vintage Collection Satèn 2016 is the result of a skilful combination of 16 Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco base wines. The addition of sugars in smaller quantities than the other Franciacortas gives it creaminess and a particular profile, elegant and soft, further strengthened by a long refinement in the bottle.

The dégorgement takes place in the absence of oxygen, using a unique system in the world, designed and patented by Ca 'del Bosco.
This avoids oxidative shocks and further additions of sulphites, making our Franciacortas purer, more pleasant and longer-lived. Finally, each packaged bottle is uniquely marked, to guarantee its traceability.
