Moscato d'Asti is an indigenous aromatic wine characterized by aromas of orange, peach and lime, and by a sweet flavor rich in minerality.
Historically a grape variety used for its acidity and its productivity, Carricante is probably today one of the most interesting varieties with different facets yet to be discovered. Minerality, sulphurous notes, hints of hydrocarbons, even in young years.
Intense and brilliant straw yellow. Bouquet of white flowers and light notes of chamomile, very fresh and linear. Ripe and pulpy palate, very precise in the varietal character, with notes of flowers and almonds, with a return of flavor in the finish.
It is the sum of the aromatic freshness of white grapes grown in the high hills, up to an altitude of 900 meters: mainly Catarratto, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer for structure, aroma and acidity. A Lion, symbol of the family history.
