Artichoke Liquoreria Essentiae of Salento

A liqueur born from the cold infusion of artichoke fruits and leaves and fresh peel of pink grapefruit harvested during the ripening period.

Diluted with infusions of the infused fruits and leaves to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extrapolate the active ingredients both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water

The herbaceous and bitter taste of the artichoke and the delicate and sweet fragrance of the pink grapefruit give the liqueur an intense purifying and digestive property.

On the palate there remains a delicate taste albeit tending towards a pleasant bitterness combined with the refreshing fragrance of pink grapefruit, with a hint of spicy aftertaste.
