Grappa Riserva in barrels from Madeira Sibona
This special Grappa Riserva di Moscato already matured, for a long period (over 2 years), in oak wood, was subsequently raised over 24 months in barrels from the island of Madeira, to raise the "Madeira" of the most prestigious wineries. .
The particular stay in Madeira barrels, already used in Whiskeys, has been experimented by us in an innovative way on Grappa and with exceptional results from a qualitative point of view.
The captivating and fruity aroma and the rich, refined flavor with a floral aftertaste are very reminiscent of the Madeira already contained in these barrels.
Bouquet: Engaging, fruity, with hints of peaches, jam and orange peel.
Taste: Rich, refined and with a floral, fruity aftertaste and notes of oak.

- First for 2 years in medium-capacity classic oak barrels and then in Madeira barrels for a further 2 years (total stay in wood 4 years).
