Grappa Riserva in barrels from Tennessee Whiskey Sibona
This special Grappa Riserva already matured, for a long period (over 2 years), in oak wood was subsequently raised over 24 months in barrels purchased in the United States (Tennessee) and previously used, previously, to raise the "Tennessee Whiskey" of one of the most prestigious distilleries.
The particular stay in Tennessee Whiskey barrels was experimented by us in an innovative way on Grappa and with exceptional results from a qualitative point of view.
The intense aroma, with notes of malt and the refined, complex flavor with a persistent aftertaste, are very reminiscent of that of the Tennessee Whiskey already contained in these barrels.
Color: Amber.
Bouquet: Intense, harmonious, with notes of malt and hints of vanilla and licorice
Taste: refined, complex and with a persistent aftertaste. Vanilla and orange peel on the finish.
