When young, the Red Asiatic wine has an intense and bright ruby color. Wide, variegated nose, with hints of ripe berries, sour cherry, undergrowth, spices, licorice and the typical balsamic note of the grapes grown in the Solinga valley. In the mouth it is robust, with smooth tannins, full, rich, broad. It improves with aging and reaches its peak 10-12 years after the harvest.
