The wise vineyards of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot that are born on the ridge of the most suitable, historical and sun-drenched Venetian hills, give life to this wine that knows how to express the international character of the Santi winery.
Harvested at the end of September, the fermentation, which lasted about 20 days, took place in 30 Hl concrete tanks. After racking, the wine rested for 18 months, partly in cement and partly in second passage oak barrels from the Barolo area. Finally it rested in the bottle.
