Soave Colli Scaligeri DOC Sandro de Bruno
Our Soave Colli Scaligeri DOC is produced with 100% Gaganega grapes, grown on the volcanic hills between Roncà and Montecchia di Crosara, in the province of Verona. Thanks to the volcanic soils that host the vineyards, the grapes transmit very pleasant mineral and savory notes, which alternate with fruity-tropical scents, intensely scented flowers, hay and aromatic herbs. It is a wine with an enveloping drinkability and a soft and consistent body, with excellent persistence and elegance.
Crystalline color. Deep straw yellow and of excellent consistency.
Hints of ripe exotic fruit, apricot, orange peel, almond and flint. Floral bouquet of orange blossom and jasmine. Followed by aromatic herbs, sage and mint. On the finish notes of face powder and beeswax.
In the mouth the sip is intense, persistent, fine. The glyceric structure given by the long stay on the lees gives the pleasant flavor, in perfect balance with the fresh citrus notes.
