Color: deep ruby red almost impenetrable. Bouquet: intense fruity notes of blackberries, blueberries, vanilla, myrtle, leather and licorice. Taste: wide and velvety, with great structure and aromatic persistence, it is a full-bodied wine.
Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah. When the vintage allows it, this personal, warm and enveloping wine is born, with soft tannins and a persistent finish. The scent is fruity, with notes of plum and black cherry. Try it on guinea fowl stuffed with sage, pan-fried pigeon and wild boar stew.
