Classy red wine. Excellent with red meats, game and aged cheeses. Harvest with selection of grapes. Maceration for about seven days at a controlled temperature of 27°-28° and maturation of the must in 350-litre oak barrels for 24 months, transfer into steel tanks for 12 months and further...
The Habemus Etichetta Bianca wine reveals itself in the glass with an extremely dark and impenetrable ruby red color. Very broad nose, on which a particularly fit taster could linger for hours: cocoa, tobacco, plum, cinnamon, black pepper outline what is a true aromatic riot.
Our Barbaresco is the result of the careful selection of Nebbiolo grapes from vineyards owned by our family, located in different positions within the Barbaresco area: in Treiso (Cascina Il Bricco, San Stefanetto and Bongiovanni) and in San Rocco Seno D 'Elvio (Rocche di Massalupo).
A Barolo with a classic style, full-bodied and elegant, with structure and harmony, with soft tannins and the right fruit, austere but persuasive. Very long life.
The Habemus red label of San Giovenale is a highly prestigious organic red wine, included among the top 100 Italian wines par excellence. It is a rich, broad, concentrated and voluminous wine, with remarkable character and structure. The Habemus red label is an experience to try at least once in...
The Habemus Nero wine appears in the glass with an intense and bright garnet color. Deep and at the same time delicious nose, characterized by hints of cocoa, ripe plum, cinnamon, black pepper and coffee, although a particularly fit taster could find many other scents.
Habemus Etichetta Blu di San Giovenale has a brilliant ruby color. On the nose it smells of blackberry and blueberry jam, of undergrowth and dried violets, of cocoa beans and Lebanese cedar. In the mouth it is powerful, with good acidity and well-integrated tannin. Very good with Rossini tournedos.
Fresh and lively, highly drinkable, it frankly embodies the characteristic features of its land: Campo Rotaliano. It amazes for the intense and brilliant color, almost a jewel, fascinates for the richness of the fruit and stands out for the notes of violet and the bitter finish.
Spicy, savory, medium-bodied, but with a great fragrance. Excellent with fish. It should be served slightly chilled.
Red wine with a marked structure. Excellent with grilled meats and cheeses. Harvest with selection of grapes. Maceration for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 28° and maturation of a part of the must in 350 liter oak barrels, while the remaining part ferments in steel. At the end of this...
