It comes from an expert blend of Sangiovese grosso from the hills and Terrano. This blend of noble grapes is typical of the Romagna tradition and gives this red wine a particular characteristic and a strong personality.
It is bright and bright ruby red, with slight garnet reflections. It reveals excellent texture.
The grapes are harvested manually only when they have reached full sugar and polyphenolic ripeness. Some of the bunches are not de-stemmed. The duration of maceration depends on the years and the characteristics of the grapes, and can vary from 10 to 20 days, at a controlled temperature.
Our Barbaresco is the result of the careful selection of Nebbiolo grapes from vineyards owned by our family, located in different positions within the Barbaresco area: in Treiso (Cascina Il Bricco, San Stefanetto and Bongiovanni) and in San Rocco Seno D 'Elvio (Rocche di Massalupo).
A Barolo with a classic style, full-bodied and elegant, with structure and harmony, with soft tannins and the right fruit, austere but persuasive. Very long life.
It is obtained from Sangiovese grapes with large and oval berries. After a brief refinement in cask it then continues in the bottle.
It is ruby red of marked intensity and luminous transparency; it is at the same time smoothly flowing and consistent: a very pleasant and inviting aspect.
Spicy, savory, medium-bodied, but with a great fragrance. Excellent with fish. It should be served slightly chilled.
It is ruby red of great brightness with slight garnet glints on the nail. The first nose is rich and ample with fruity notes of black cherries, sour cherries, black currant. Then there are elegant vegetal perceptions of officinal herbs and roasted pepper. Followed by coffee, vanilla pods and pink...
Small-berry Sangiovese, matures two years in 30 hl oak barrels, followed by three months of bottle aging.
