Pian delle Vigne has a brilliant ruby red color. The nose is delicate and complex, with notes of ripe fruit, cherry and plum, in perfect harmony with those of dried fruit, candied fruit and spices. On the palate it is enveloping, with soft tannins and a good acidic vibration that enhances the...
Our Barbaresco is the result of the careful selection of Nebbiolo grapes from vineyards owned by our family, located in different positions within the Barbaresco area: in Treiso (Cascina Il Bricco, San Stefanetto and Bongiovanni) and in San Rocco Seno D 'Elvio (Rocche di Massalupo).
A Barolo with a classic style, full-bodied and elegant, with structure and harmony, with soft tannins and the right fruit, austere but persuasive. Very long life.
Spicy, savory, medium-bodied, but with a great fragrance. Excellent with fish. It should be served slightly chilled.

With a bright ruby red color, it has a fruity scent rich in cherry and raspberry notes well integrated by delicate hints of wood. On the palate the wine is enveloping, with soft and silky tannins, energetic and persistent.

Wine dedicated to the grandfather Gregorio. Selection of the best bunches and drying in plateaus for about 30 days. Wine of great structure, where the fermentation goes on for over 2 years.
By using larger oak barrels, we were able to achieve slower fermentation and preserve the vivid expression of the Malbec grape fruit. It was a big paradigm shift, but I think it was really worth it.
