Completely overwhelmed by the quality of this vineyard which dates back to the Middle Ages, Dourthe acquired the estate in 1990. For more than 25 years, a new viticultural approach has been applied to the entire vineyard, respecting the terroir and grape varieties in search of excellent quality....
Color: deep ruby red almost impenetrable. Bouquet: intense fruity notes of blackberries, blueberries, vanilla, myrtle, leather and licorice. Taste: wide and velvety, with great structure and aromatic persistence, it is a full-bodied wine.
Dense ruby red with purple hues. Aromas of spices, blackberry, jam, undergrowth. Palate of solid structure, with notes of vanilla and incense, with a sanguine tone, with herbaceous sensations, with royal tannins, with a noble alcoholic breath, with a spicy and fruity finish.
Ruby-purple with excellent density and definition. Intriguing aromas of embers, chine, berries. The palate is as dense and structured as it is subtle and rich in nuances. The tannin is compact, the length full of flavor, the finish tastes of Mediterranean and medicinal herbs.
Color: intense ruby red, with light garnet reflections. Bouquet: rare, complex notes: plums and blueberries, sweet spices, bay leaves, juniper, tobacco and chocolate. Taste: rich, warm, soft, fruity, spicy notes, tannins of rare elegance.
Our Barbaresco is the result of the careful selection of Nebbiolo grapes from vineyards owned by our family, located in different positions within the Barbaresco area: in Treiso (Cascina Il Bricco, San Stefanetto and Bongiovanni) and in San Rocco Seno D 'Elvio (Rocche di Massalupo).
A Barolo with a classic style, full-bodied and elegant, with structure and harmony, with soft tannins and the right fruit, austere but persuasive. Very long life.
Wine of Carignano grapes vinified in purity from the sapling and espalier vineyards cultivated in the lower Sulcis.
Spicy, savory, medium-bodied, but with a great fragrance. Excellent with fish. It should be served slightly chilled.
Color: intense ruby red, tending to garnet. Bouquet: complex Mediterranean notes, aromas of blueberries and ripe blackberries, spices tending to sweet, tobacco and chocolate. Taste: warm, soft, sweet tannins of rare intensity.
Ruby with garnet shades. Varietal aromas ranging from earth to herbs, from leather to cherry. The palate, juicy and tonic, is punctuated by mentholated transparencies, by notes of wild berries, by a complete development, with compact tannins and a finish with pepper notes.
