Dense ruby red with purple hues. Aromas of spices, blackberry, jam, undergrowth. Palate of solid structure, with notes of vanilla and incense, with a sanguine tone, with herbaceous sensations, with royal tannins, with a noble alcoholic breath, with a spicy and fruity finish.
Harvested at the end of September, the fermentation, which lasted about 20 days, took place in 30 Hl concrete tanks. After racking, the wine rested for 18 months, partly in cement and partly in second passage oak barrels from the Barolo area. Finally it rested in the bottle.
Ruby-purple with excellent density and definition. Intriguing aromas of embers, chine, berries. The palate is as dense and structured as it is subtle and rich in nuances. The tannin is compact, the length full of flavor, the finish tastes of Mediterranean and medicinal herbs.
The color is an intense garnet red, the flavor is generous and powerful. The complex aroma refers to notes of ripe red berry fruit, among which cherry and morello cherry prevail, with important nuances of undergrowth and leather. These are the characteristics that make this wine unique in its kind.
Our Barbaresco is the result of the careful selection of Nebbiolo grapes from vineyards owned by our family, located in different positions within the Barbaresco area: in Treiso (Cascina Il Bricco, San Stefanetto and Bongiovanni) and in San Rocco Seno D 'Elvio (Rocche di Massalupo).
A Barolo with a classic style, full-bodied and elegant, with structure and harmony, with soft tannins and the right fruit, austere but persuasive. Very long life.
Spicy, savory, medium-bodied, but with a great fragrance. Excellent with fish. It should be served slightly chilled.

The production phase of this wine begins with a short period of drying of the grapes. Subsequently these grapes are pressed and fermented for 20/25 days in contact with their skins. This is followed by refermentation in contact with the Amarone marc, which exploits the residues of must-wine...
The “Granatiere” is produced in limited quantities. It is obtained from the assembly of two types of wines: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Il Granatiere is a wine suitable for all meals, which goes well with: appetizers based on seasoned, smoked and spiced meats, first courses with game, second...
Ruby with garnet shades. Varietal aromas ranging from earth to herbs, from leather to cherry. The palate, juicy and tonic, is punctuated by mentholated transparencies, by notes of wild berries, by a complete development, with compact tannins and a finish with pepper notes.
